**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Salary: SGD 1800 to SGD 2500**

**5.5 Days working (Monday to Saturday)**

**Location: Yishun**
- Manage admin work
- Liaise with clients, staff, vendors, overseas suppliers, etc
- Perform general office maintenance duties and adhoc administrative duties as assigned
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Director
- Assist in marketing and business development
- Provide directional assistance to the various zonesAny other duties pertinent to the operations to ensure excellent customer service to customers

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
- Pleasant, positive and with friendly disposition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
