The Senior Manager is involved in the planning, organization, management and implementation of community engagement activities. Roles and duties supporting the core portfolio of the Engagement & Partnership Team include building meaningful relationships with partners and sponsors, partnering with other PA Divisions and external groups to offer arts and culture programmes to benefit the community. He/She will also work closely with various organisations and performing groups to present a high quality and refreshing programmes including Chingay and PAssionArts events.

This person will also be managing the communication for the ACD. This include spearheading the digital marketing efforts to develop the content strategy for all digital channels of ACD. He/she will work with appointed vendor to drive publicity and brand awareness on the division’s programmes including Chingay and PAssionArts.

This person will be involved in the following key roles:
**Communication and Digital Marketing**
- Support division’s communication strategies and effort in outreaching and engaging the community.
- Plan and manage Chingay website to ensure accurate and current contents.
- Facilitate and work with vendor to manage and implement Chingay and PAssionArts communication and publicity as well as digital marketing plans.
- Work with vendor on content curation of the key events’ on-site survey and monitoring the delivery of services.

**Partners Relationship Manager**
- Develop and build strategic partnerships with partners to enhance and promote collaborative efforts as well as identifying and developing new partners.
- Establish a good network of partners and stakeholders to support and identify new areas of growth to allow PAssionArts and Chingay to widen outreach and enhance engagement.
- Support in the widening of potential sponsorship pool for division’s programmes including Chingay and PAssionArts

**Community Engagement Programme**
- Lead or support community engagement initiatives/programmes to enable active residents’ participation and co-creation process, which will be presented at Chingay and/or suitable PAssionArts platforms.
- Build strategic partnership with internal and external partners to enhance the programming of these initiatives/programmes to achieve social outcomes.
- Evaluate and make recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the initiatives/ programmes.
- Manage and implement the VIP Hospitality Plan for key ACD events such as Chingay e.g. invitation of guests, distribution of tickets and onsite hospitality arrangements.
- Manage and implement an efficient ticketing system; from the sales, allocation, disbursement, and inventory tracking of the sales of tickets for key ACD events such as Chingay.

**Other Duties**
- Serve as part of ACD’s procurement team to ensure procurement works adhere to prevailing Financial and Procurement guidelines
- Perform secretarial and other duties as assigned by the senior officers of ACD
