**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for Associates / Senior Associates with 1- 6 years’ PQE in dispute resolution (litigation/arbitration). Associates will be acting in and assisting with a range of civil and commercial dispute resolution work, including:

- Drafting court documents, pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and correspondence.
- Conducting legal research.
- Providing advice on legal and procedural issues.
- Assisting in case preparation, including document review, discovery, and trial/hearing bundle compilations.
- Attending court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and client meetings.
- Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and opposing parties.
- Ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining accurate records of all case-related documents.Supporting senior lawyers or instructed counsel in complex disputes.

From time to time, associates may also need to draft simple corporate documents (e.g. employment agreements) and assist with simple due diligence work. No prior experience in these areas is required, and training will be provided.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Admission to the Singapore Bar
- 1 -6 years’ post-qualification experience in disputes resolution.
- Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese. However, proficiency in business or legal Chinese is not required.
