**ADirector - Real Estate, Singapore**

An opportunity exists for an Investment Director to join their dynamic and high performing Real Estate division in Singapore

The Real Estate business has a focus on opportunistic investment across the region and has recently closed a real estate fund with a mandate across the developed markets in Asia. The business has a strong track record in opportunistic real estate investment and has a plan to substantially grow this part of the business. In addition, the business in Asia Pacific has ambitions to grow its core/core plus business, leveraging its track record in other parts of the world.

As an Investment Director based in Singapore, your primary focus will be to source, execute and manage opportunistic investments in Southeast Asia with responsibility for every aspect of the investment and management process.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of transactions which includes investments, divestments and financing and will be supporting with the management of existing real estate assets by executing activities such as asset valuation and performance analysis through financial modelling and scenario analysis. You will also be responsible for originating and developing new investment opportunities as well as working closely with other professional advisors in a transaction setting, including legal and financial advisors.

With a tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline you will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the real estate sector in Asia, investing in and managing real estate assets with hands on experience in M&A activities across Private Equity or Investment Banking. You will have proven experience of originating and developing new real estate investment opportunities, along with a strong network across the region. You will also be required to have strong analytical, numerical and execution skills. You will be highly motivated, entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to deliver against challenging targets with limited supervision and direction.
