The Business Development Manager Elite is responsible for four key business streams to law firms that don’t already own an Elite finance system in a given region.
**About the Role**:
In the role of Business Development Manager Elite, you will:
- Sells all Elite solutions to non-Elite finance system clients in a given region. This may be sales of new 3E PMS or specialty products such as 3E MatterSphere, 3E Budgeting & Forecasting or EBH - Also if a client has EBH or MatterSphere but not 3E or Enterprise, they are still a New Business opportunity.
- Sell the Elite way by delivering best in class presentations (using demo to win style) and enhancing the digital sales experience through tools like Qwilr and Consensus
- Collaborate - with other Software Sales Specialists, BDR’s and SDR’s and Customer success managers to help generate growth. Also, collaborate with Strategic Account Directors on the content side for a more unified customer experience.
**About You**:
You're a fit for the role if you have:
- Significant experience navigating through complex organisations and selling to multiple decision-makers, including the “C Level” and specifically CFOs, COO’s and CIOs.
- Highly experienced at selling complex Software Solutions in a recurring revenue model or on-premise
- Skilled in Best in class presentations and digital sales techniques.
- Can manage the regional pipeline and ensure there are an appropriate amount of leads and deals in the pipeline to achieve sales goals.
- Can accurately forecast sales and maintain valid account opportunity information in the CRM system, including deal information, contact information, sales events and activities and client status.
- Can develop sales strategies and key relationships with relevant accounts and leverage relationships when an opportunity arises. Work with Marketing to develop target strategies to increase account spending.
- Can present a vertical Business Plan and Large Deal Review sessions with the sales leadership team
- Be responsible for working with a broad array of internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of complex contracts and solutions that meet both the client’s and Thomson Reuters mutual goals.
- Will relish the opportunity to target and open key strategic accounts within suitably qualified Law firms in your territory
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in financial management or ERP software or equivalent, preferably in the legal or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated successful history selling financial management systems to large law firms and /or professional service firms.
- Comfortable and experienced in delivering against large multi-million dollar annual targets and cognitive of requirements when negotiating contracts of this nature.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Effective time management and organisational skills
