We are looking for an exceptional** Intern - Business Technology (Special Projects)** to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Business Systems, Business Intelligence & Business Security Teams. Being the vital link between IT and business function, you will empower teams to respond quicker to changing business needs. ***Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement a scalable framework that seeks to provide an accurate overview of the cost our technology stack is generating.
- Be the expert in tracking, managing, and maintaining Workato's SaaS Spend management tools.
- Perform data validation by going through vendor contracts and understanding various billing models.
- Build on our existing in-house Application Optimization Framework to drive optimization initiatives.
- Building of automations using Workato Recipes to automate repetitive and manual tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, or other related field.
- A process-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of how to perform basic data analysis is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL language is a bonus.
- Fast mover and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills are required to present actionable insights to business leaders.
- Thoughtful team player, a keen learner, and have a "can do" attitude with a growth mindset.
- Interns who will be able to commit on a full-time basis for at least 6 months will be preferred.
