Position Title Technical consultant

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Participating in custom extensions and development of software.
- Participating in testing of the software by the customer (technical support).
- Participating in production support activities (technical supports).

Summary of activities are as follows:

- Development of custom extensions and integration of software.
- Supporting the testing of the software by the customer and working on the

software issue fixing.
- Helping on-site technical related solution discussion and documentation.
- Helping the team of offshore technical consultants to understand the product issues

and providing suggested solutions.
- Production support activities.

**Job Specification**
**Experience**:

- Solid knowledge and experience in Core Java, Javascript, Python, PL/SQL

Oracle database.
- Experience in DevOPs and Cloud deployments.
- Solid experience in any of the following Application Servers: Oracle Application

Server, Weblogic and Websphere, will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to the technical activities and implementation of Core banking solutions

in the banks will be an added advantage
Soft Skills:

- Good communication skills
- Highly self motivated, proactively and responsible
- Fluency in English (read, write and speak)
- A team player can work well in a challengeable and highly collaborative

environment.

Qualification Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Junior consulting position for those who are continuing to develop their expertise. Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments.

1-3 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
