At SportsXcel, we conduct weekly classes and holiday camps for children who are 4 to 9 years old who will_**Xplore**_ fundamental skills and spatial awareness that are crucial for different sports.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR FREELANCE COACHES WHO**

- Can think on their feet and adapt to changes in training programmes when required.
- Enjoy teaching children who are 4 to 9 years old.
- Are sporty, high-spirited, and fun.
- Can work on weekends.
- Have a positive attitude and teachable.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Punctuality is a MUST
- Conduct weekly classes and holiday camps according to the SportsXcel program in a professional, enjoyable, and interactive manner.
- Execute multi sports programmes and fun activities revolving around Fundamental Movement Skills
- Demonstrate basic competency in a range of sports.
- Lead multi-sports programs and games revolving around on Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS).
- Set up sports equipment at least 15-30 minutes before class and ensure proper packing up afterward.

**WORKING HOURS & PAY**
- Weekend (Saturday and Sunday): 8.45am to 10.15am (1.5hrs)
- Able to commit at least 6 hours per month.
- Tier 1: Main Coach: $45 per session Leads class and gives instructions**.**:

- Tier 2: Main + Assistant Coach: $30 per session
- Tier 3: Assistant Coach: $22.50 per session

**ROLES FOR DIFFERENT COACHING TIERS**:

- **Tier 1 (Main Coach)**:Leads class and gives instructions**.**:

- **Tier 2 (Main + Assistance Coach)**:Coaches rotate every 30mins, with one leading and the other assisting, providing new coaches with on-the-job learning**.**:

- **Tier 3 (Assistant Coach) **:Assists main coach in student safety and skill guidance, providing new coaches with on-the-job learning**.**

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Valid First Aid and AED Certificate. Applicants who do not have a valid First Aid with AED can still apply.
- Registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE) and National Registry of Coaches (NROC). Applicants who are not registered can still apply
- Sports coaching or sports education background in a bonus
- Willing to travel to different parts of Singapore for classes and camps.
- Any outdoor camp experience, whether as an instructor or a participant, is a bonus

**YOUR RESUME SHOULD INCLUDE**
- A recent photo of yourself
- Sports **playing** experience
- Sports **coaching** experience
- Previous working experience, including non-sports related ones
- Any referral or testimonial from previous employers

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.5 - 5 per week
