Client Event Executive

As a Client Event Executive, you will be responsible for organising and managing high-quality client and corporate events including sales administration. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening relationships with existing clients and attracting new business through expertly executed events.

**What you'll be doing**
- Coordinate all aspects of client and corporate events, including venue selection, catering, guest management, event logistics and on-the-day delivery
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event planning and execution
- Manage event budgets and monitor expenses to ensure events are delivered within budget
- Measure and report on the success of events, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Identify new event opportunities and propose innovative event ideas to enhance the client experience
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients before, during and after events

**What we're looking for**
- Minimal experience required as training will be provided.
- Attention to detail in delivering successful corporate events and client functions
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, colleagues and vendors
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualise and execute innovative event ideas
- Knowledge of the financial services industry would be an advantage
