As an **Media Planning & Campaign Manager, you will.**
- Serve as the **thought leader **aligning strategic thinking with clients’ business goals and marketing objectives, driving tangible growth for clients.
- Act as the key custodian of clients’ media and trading investment across digital channels to meet agency’s revenue growth targets.
- Lead strategic planning and direct team members in developing **award-winning campaigns** that deliver best-in-class work and strong business outcomes.
- Strategize and manage partnership projects with key media partners, content publishers, and KOLs to create and deliver effective social and content campaigns for clients.
- Lead collaboration with specialist teams to formulate effective solutions that drive campaign fulfillments.
- Maximize margins achieved from every project, ensuring forecasts are consistently met within the agreed time period.
- Oversee and ensure quality control of campaign activation to meet client objectives.
- Resolve campaign issues promptly and productively, while identifying and implementing process improvements.

**What we need from you?**:
As the new** Media Planning & Campaign Manager**, you should have:

- A minimum of **6 years** of experience in social media, media, ad agencies, or digital consultancy companies, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated success in leading demand generation programs and delivering measurable results in the B2C sector.
- Proficient in managing social media platforms, handling key opinion leaders (KOLs) and communities, and organizing events.
- Strong command of spoken and written English is preferred.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills to ensure timely task completion.
- Competence in utilizing MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Slides for executing tasks.
