**:

- Analyse client needs, scope problems, and develop business cases to address them.
- Document requirements, source, and evaluate alternatives, and recommend suitable solutions that best aligns with specific client needs.
- Improve software quality using XP practices, including code review and unit testing.
- Prepare architectural and other technical documentation.
- Assist Business Analysts with user stories elaboration.
- Support QA teams with test automation and bug fixes.
- Assist DevOps teams with build and release automation.
- Work with Client users to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solutions.
- Assess business needs for service requests and the impact of enhancements to the system.
- Evaluate problem resolution approaches and implement effective recovery plans for ICT incidents, establishing processes to prevent recurrence.
- Understand IT management policies, quality management policies, and security guidelines to ensure compliance in development processes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Prior experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Proficiency in front end technologies such as Angular.
- Prior experience in backend technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js.
- Knowledge in one or more of the following processes: agile processes, continuous integration/deployment, cloud/PaaS platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP), serverless frameworks, and container technology like Docker would be an added advantage.
- Prior experience with low code development and wireframing tools such as Figma
- Familiarity with unit testing.
- Additional advantageous traits include being self-driven, independent, strong problem-solving skills, good communication, interpersonal skills, and excellent presentation and listening abilities.
- Hands-on experience with at least one full project development lifecycle in Pega.
- Relevant professional certification in Pega is a plus.
- Prior experience in Agile and UX development environments is an added advantage.
- Advantageous skills include consulting or business analysis experience, knowledge of system solutioning for mid/large-scale projects, understanding of web services, REST APIs, sFTP, and security concepts.
- Extensive experience in defining UAT test scenarios and facilitate SIT and UAT tests.
- Ability to define system interface specifications.
