Job vacancy for experienced swim coach to take lead of a team of swimming teachers with the following key responsibilities:

- Delivering learn to swim lessons from infant program to adult swimming.
- Mentoring Junior Swim Teacher in the team to plan and prepare lesson plans.
- Working closely with Competitive Swim Squad Head Coach to align Learn To Swim program as a feeder to the swim squad.
- Planning, organise and managing Swim Meets with the fellow coaching staffs.
- Implementing Land Training program to the teaching team as a wet weather activity.
- Knowledge in using technology to enhance teaching and learning materials.
- Supporting the Director of Sports in regular updating the Learn To Swim program and progress from the swimmers.

Job Requirement Qualification / Skills:

- Understand the developmental pathway of Learn To Swim leading towards Competitive Swimming Squad.
- Experience as a competitive swimmers and coaching competitive swim team.
- Minimum prior teaching experience of more than 1 year.
- Hold a qualification of recognised Swim Teacher or Coaching certificate.
- Excellent Knowledge of proper swimming technique and teaching pedagogy.
- Passionate and Enthusiastic in the area of Swimming and related activities.
- Good Leadership with positive and open mindset.
- Must willing to work on weekdays evening and whole of weekends.
