Summerhaus D'zign is a boutique interior design firm serving a local niche - high end residential homes Do expect to be working on some of the most prestigious addresses in Singapore. We are looking for like-minded folks to join our family, creating more award-winning projects together.

**What Will You Be Doing?**:
As an integral part of our team, you will be proposing, conceptualizing and designing our new projects. We design as a team, so you will be working closely with our team of Conceptualizers to bring the ideas and designs to life.

Here's what to expect:
**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding design brief, clients' requirements and preference, space utilization
- Preparing mood boards, design and materials proposals
- Developing layout drawings, detail drawings, construction drawings etc
- FF&E proposals
- Working with our 3D conceptualizers to actualize your design intent into 3D visuals
- Client meetings and engagements throughout the design process
- Working with the Project Manager on site/technical details
- Site visits/meetings and audits
- Preparing quotations for clients

**Requirements**:

- Min. 5 years of residential design experience
- Experienced with high-end residential design
- Proficency in AutoCAD
- Strong detailing skills
- Design centric & passionate about design
- Team player
- Extremely familiar with a wide range of materials and textures
- FF&E experience
- Client facing experience
