What does the job consist?:
As a Process Technician, you'll be responsible for providing first line process support to the Production Line Operations. In the role, you'll be expected to run manufacturing shifts according to the defined schedule as per company needs and to execute pre-defined actions in response to Out of Control/Out of Specifications or excursion events as stipulated in the defined Standard Operating Procedures or as instructed by Process Engineers. You'd also be working on process improvement work from time to time independently or in support of the Process Engineers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Run manufacturing shifts
- Execute Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs) and process based corrective/preventive actions in response to Out of Control/Out of Specifications or Process abnormality events
- Prepare and present daily reports on production line health and performance metrics.
- Take ownership of simple process or measurement tools where necessary
- Lead/participate in process and/or operational improvement projects

Requirements & qualifications:

- Min. Diploma in any engineering field, preferably related to semiconductor manufacturing or material engineering
- Entry-level position. No experience required.
- Knowledge in Oxidation/Annealing Furnaces, Plasma, Implant or RTP would be advantageous
- Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with JMP software is an added advantage
