Our products incorporate distribution APIs, payment integrations, ERP integration, Data Lakes, User Interfaces, and others. Our search API reach peaks of more than 50.000 requests per second, each one consisting of tens or hundreds of hotels, with continued expansion.

**In this role you will**:
We are seeking a highly skilled BI Data Scientist to transform data into strategic insights that drive business decisions, innovation, and performance enhancements. This role is central to building a predictive analytics function within our BI department, expanding beyond descriptive analytics to include forecasting, advanced modelling, and actionable insights that fuel growth and efficiency across the organisation.

The BI Data Scientist will manage and analyse complex datasets, ensuring data integrity, uncovering trends, and providing data-driven recommendations to support business objectives. You’ll collaborate across data and commercial teams to meet data needs efficiently while setting a new standard for data insights.

**Key elements to this role include, but not limited to**:

- Develop and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to drive deeper insights and forecasting
- Design, build and implement market leading PowerBI dashboards that not only report on past trends but also visualise predictive insights, uncover hidden patterns, and provide actionable recommendations for the business
- Deeply understand business objectives by engaging users and stakeholders to design analytics solutions that meet strategic goals; communicate with stakeholders proactively throughout the project to gather input, keep them updated on deadlines, and coordinate with other teams
- Act as a trusted advisor when questions arise regarding BI solutions, insights and metrics, working with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Address unstructured, complex business problems through advanced analytics and share strategic suggestions to improve data decisions for the business
- Work on data modelling, metric development, prototyping of predictive models and analytics solutions to identify growth and revenue optimisation opportunities
- Analyse and synthesise large datasets using advanced data science techniques to create cohesive, practical insights that can drive the company’s strategic initiatives
