Company Overview: We are a licensed money lender and provide affordable personal loans to individuals and companies for their short term needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with personal loan clients, ensuring that all their financial needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Manage the loan portfolio, including loan origination, underwriting, and approval processes, in accordance with the Singapore Money Lending Act
- Conduct credit analysis, risk assessments, and due diligence, ensuring that all loans are made in accordance with internal policies and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and compliance, to ensure that all lending activities are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Develop and implement loan products and services that meet the needs of the personal loan market and drive loan growth
- Stay current on economic and industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes, and provide expert advice and guidance to clients, including guidance on the Singapore Money Lending Act
- Provide training and support to junior loan officers and support staff, ensuring that all employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lending, with a focus on loan origination, underwriting, and approval processes
- Strong understanding of personal loan products, services, and regulations, including the Singapore Money Lending Act, with the ability to analyze and assess risk
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and information
- Proven track record of driving loan growth, while managing risk and ensuring compliance with the Singapore Money Lending Act and industry best practices
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction
- Diploma in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
