**Job responsibilities**:
Our sanitation department plays a vital role within our business, being responsible for the sanitation of the complex machinery and plant in line with statutory regulations. Your duties will include:

- Ensuring compliance with the site GMP (AIB), Environmental, Food Safety and OH&S standards
- Conducting internal audits
- Overseeing the sanitation team, including training and development
- Developing and maintaining various documentation, including a Master Sanitation Schedule
- Implementing the pest control program to meet all the regulatory standards
- Liaising with the various manufacturing departments, local regulatory authorities and waste contractors

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Food Science and Technology
- At least two years of experience within the food industry and quality assurance would be an advantage, but not essential.
- We are looking for a leader to manage and motivate our sanitation team.
