**Job Title: Procurement Engineer**

**Location**:Singapore

**Work Hours **:Rotational Shift, including Sunday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve project objectives.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify material requirements and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including RFQs, purchase orders, and reports.
- Analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
