**What you will be doing**
- Propose a clear long-term strategy for performance swimming;
- Construct a high-quality annual training and competition programme;
- Prepare and coach the daily training schedules for the performance squad;
- Ensure that accurate training records of the swimmers are maintained;
- Plan and establish realistic individual goals and objectives, in conjunction with each of the swimmers in his/her group;
- Plan, attend and support swimmers at local and overseas competitions and training camps when required;
- Ensure excellent and structured communication at all levels of the programme;
- Provide comprehensive feedback and analysis on the programme at Sub Committee and Swim & Coaches Meetings, to enable progression against targets to be monitored;
- Provide comprehensive feedback to parents when requested;
- Provide coaching cover to other coaches when required;
- Supporting the club’s internal and external meets and events;
- Help to upskill and raise the standard of coaching by providing feedback to other coaches during coaches’ meetings;
- Work with Head Coach and/or Management to deliver the best practices and current coaching methodologies;
- To work as part of a team towards achieving the SwimCSC Vision;
- To help establish the Club as the aquatics centre of choice in Singapore;
- Comply with the policies of the Club;
- Undertake any other assignments/tasks as may be requested from time to time by the Head Coach, Head of Department and/or Management of the Club.
**What we are looking for**
- Preferably GCE O/A Levels (or equivalent) or ITE Nitec/Higher Nitec in Services Management/Hospitality Operations/ Event Management/ Business Administration or Polytechnic Diploma in Sport & Wellness Management/Sport Coaching;
- **Must hold a National Registration of Coaches (NROC) Certified;**:
- Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills required;
- 5.5-day work week.

Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 24 - 44 per week
