**Our Client**:
Our Client is a prestige beauty company that originated in New York. We seek a Payment Specialist (one-year contract-renewable) to perform administrative functions relating to project payment management and tracking for the store design visual merchandising team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Payment Process Ownership** - Understand and become familiar with the payment processes between the Company and vendors, between different regions and functions. Also, process purchase orders, perform ‘Goods receipt’ in a timely and accurate manner.
- **Stakeholder Communication** - Establish clear communication with various stakeholders and provide monthly updates regarding cost trends and expenditures.
- **Vendor Management** - Communicate effectively with vendors on onboarding and payment queries.
- **Data Management** - Track and maintain accurate records of all Purchase Request and Purchase Order via the respective trackers.
- **Cost Analysis** - Run reports and analytics on Microsoft Excel using pivoting data and advanced functions for each marketing launch, projects, and maintenance.
- **Policy Compliance** - Adhere to company policies, procurement regulations, and ethical standards across all functions.
