**Responsibilities**:
**Teaching and Academic Support**:

- Conduct relief teaching for Chinese and Higher Chinese classes following the PSLE and O Level syllabus. Bonus if you can also teach PSLE and O Level English
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Support students in their learning journey through personalised assistance and guidance.
- Monitor and report on student progress and provide feedback to the main teacher/teacher leader.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining student records.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to parents and students at the front desk.
- Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
- Assist in the organization and facilitation of events and activities at the center.

**Front Desk Duties**:

- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle registration and enrollment processes, including collection of fees and issuing receipts.

**Center Facilitation**:

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the center’s facilities.
- Support the setup and cleanup of classrooms and event spaces.
- Assist in inventory management of teaching materials and supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Able to travel to Marymount MRT (CC16), 1 station from Bishan MRT (CC15/NS17)
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with the PSLE and O Level Chinese and Higher Chinese syllabus.
- Prior experience in teaching or tutoring Chinese is preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing needs.

**Working Hours**:

- Part-time hours, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Student job

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week

Schedule:
