**Position Summary:
**Associate Engineer (Die Development)

**What You Will Do**:

- Provide Technical assistance to the Engineering Development Activities, execute of new technology and lot disposition, support evaluations, development activities, DOEs and collect inline data for new development products.
- Assist on data gathering of new process and conduct data analysis of the results.
**What You Will Bring** (REQUIRED** Qualifications**)**:

- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics or relevant engineering course
- Between 1-3 years’ experience in semiconductor processes engineering or manufacturing
- Have experience in Lithography process and work in a development environment preferred
- Hands-on experience with wafer processing & microscope inspection will be added advantages
- Analytical and systematic problem solver for issues that occur within own working area and reasons based upon technical knowledge, where the cause lies and remedies it
- Willing and able to be cross-trained in Dry Etching
- Ensure timely execution, disposition for development and engineering lots
- Write, update and maintain process documents and work instructions
- Actively contribute and participate in development experiments, integration and process improvement projects
- Normal Shift

**Competencies**:

- Able to use excel (macro), JMP and Minitab are additional advantage
- Detail orientated
- Demonstrate good team work skills with minimum supervision and multi-tasking capabilities
- Good oral, written communication skills and independent
- Enjoys fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Good attitude & fast learner
