**Opportunity**
- We are looking for an individual to join us in our Staff Development team that is responsible for implementing initiatives covering leadership development, training, competency and career development anchored on creating a rewarding and meaningful career for all staff. The key responsibilities are:

- Plan and execute assigned training, development programmes and competency panels to support staff development. This will require you to manage budget, schedule, procurement, communication, administration and logistics.
- Design content and activities for in-house programmes to engage and maximise learning for participants. You will also need to take on workshop facilitation.
- Conduct post-programme evaluation and analyse data for improvement and reporting.
- Monitor progress of learning and competency development for updates to management.
- Work with learning providers and stakeholders and be a point of contact for staff.
- Support other staff development work as assigned when necessary.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- A degree in Human Resource will be advantageous
- Good organisation, project management and data management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, meticulous individual with a critical mind that seeks continuous improvements
- Team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment
