**Hong Lam Marine Pte Ltd**
- Perform monthly closing, including preparation of journal entries and accounting schedules, analytical review of PL and BS and review work of Finance Executives.
- Lead and ensure accurate and timely monthly closing.
- Supervise and provide accounting guidance to a team of Finance Executives in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Support Finance Manager in day-to-day Finance operations.
- Assist in monthly management reporting and consolidation.
- Assist in annual statutory audit, corporate tax filing and budgeting process.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax agents.
- Liaise with internal departments on finance matters.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate policies & procedures and accounting standards.
- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
**Job Requirement**
- Degree in Accountancy and/or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, prior audit experience is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an added advantage.
- Mature, committed, meticulous and self-motivated. Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal communication skills.
- A good team player with positive attitude and past experience in managing a team.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and under pressure to meet deadlines.
