sa.global is looking for an experienced D365 BC/NAV Functional/Technical Support Consultant to expand our regional support team. We are seeking experienced individuals with a strong functional/technical background who are familiar with Dynamics 365 BC/NAV. Our Functional/Technical Support Consultants work as part of a support team with Functional Leads and other Consultants. They will support enterprise customers who Dynamics 365 BC/NAV.

- You will be working with other support consultants to troubleshoot and resolve support incidents, develop new modifications, work on data warehouse, and support previous modifications, and assist with ongoing support issues where needed.
- You will work with clients and various businesses and business models.
**Key responsibility areas**:

- Investigating cases and provide consulting services for client.
- Ensure recording and ongoing monitoring of all incoming request issues in the support system.
- Ensure timely responses to client requests for support, according to urgency of the issue and SLA.
- Assist client with resolving issues.
- To escalate support requests as required.
- Prepare written technical specifications for modifications undertaken.
- Perform Testing and QA.
- Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant for our customers or sa.global.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of information processed from within sa.global.
- Maintain a professional standard in the workplace and always represent the company in the best possible professional standard.
- Other tasks as deemed appropriate by the company.
**Skills, Experience, and Qualities Required**:

- Have experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in SQL Server Database - Technical.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in C/AL code, Able to develop BC using extension (AL in Visual Code) - Technical.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the NAV/BC Module and Licensing - Functional
- Experience in troubleshoot issue related to Database - Technical.
- Experience in troubleshoot issue related to NABV/BC Functionality - Functional.
- Business processes knowledge of multiple industries is a plus.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong customer-service orientation and commitment to insuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.
- Have ability to work in both a team environment and on an individual basis in a motivated manner.
- Ability to resolve problems independently using an analytical approach.
- Good time management and documentation skills.
- This is a remote position so good communication skills are a must
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
