Organize and lead the team to accomplish quality goals;

- Deal with a dynamic and fast-paced environment and make decisions with ambiguous information;
- Responsible for ensuring quality in game development and operation;
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field;
- Proficient in a programming language (C++, C, C#, PHP, Python);
- 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience, with 5+ years managing in-house testers;
- Experience with game testing, including functional testing, frontend and backend performance testing, adaptability testing, etc;
- Experience in overall project testing design and management;
- Experience in working with testing teams and experts remotely;
- Ability to work under pressure, having a strong interest in and passion for games;
- Ability to quickly pick up and implement new technical skills;
- Excellent communication skills and coordination abilities.
