Procurement Manager

The incumbent is to lead, drive and manage the procurement activities and lead the procurement team to realise business and strategic goals.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for development and implementation of procurement strategies
- Negotiate, review and conclude procurement of product or services deals to formalize in contractual agreements
- Formulate, implement and constantly optimize corporate procurement policies, operations procedures and structural solutions
- Partner closely with stakeholders in operations, sales & marketing, other functinal units and/or third party to manage optimum inventories
- Generate releated report(s) on key performance indicators and provide infomraiton to internal key stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or equivalent
- At least 7 - 8 years of direct and indirect procurement experience in capital expenditures, lease of land and key equipment, ideally with Chemical manufacturing background
- Good experience in contract management & negotiation
- Collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills with good stakeholders management skills
