**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Marketing
- Event Organization: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events, webinars, and promotional campaigns to engage clients and promote MEX Global Markets’ offerings.
- Translation Services: Translate marketing materials, social media posts, and other content to cater to our Taiwanese clients, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Social Media Management: Help manage and update our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), schedule posts, and interact with followers to enhance brand presence.
- Content Creation & Adaptation: Work closely with the central marketing team to create and adapt content for various social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Proofreading & Editing: Review and proofread marketing materials, ensuring the content is error-free and aligns with our brand guidelines.
- Compliance
- Performing analysis to identify gaps in compliance policies and procedures
- Organizing data in compliance with personal data policy and data retention policy
- Preparing training materials for relevant stakeholders
- Preparing summary of MAS circulars and updating the register and the stakeholders accordingly

**Requirements**:

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
- Ideal to have strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (for Taiwanese translation).
- Ideal if you are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
