**Company Background: Retail sales of spectacles and other optical goods**

**Job scope**:

- Provide informed recommendations on appropriate eyewear options based on comprehensive product knowledge.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Manage inventory operations, encompassing the receipt, stocking, barcode tagging, and annual stocktaking of eyewear products.
- Execute sales transactions proficiently, processing payments in cash or credit, and issuing accurate receipts.
- Uphold a consistently clean and organized outlet environment to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as delegated by the Branch Manager in a professional and efficient manner.

**Job Requirements**:

- Previous retail optical sales experience and familiarity with cash register and POS system will be advantageous.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
