**Responsibilities**:

- Team Management:Supervise and lead a team of tattoo artists, apprentices, and front desk staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
Conduct regular staff meetings, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
Coordinate staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and excellent customer service.
- Operations and Customer Service:Oversee daily shop operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high sanitation standards.
Monitor customer interactions and provide exceptional service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Manage customer appointments, walk-ins, and inquiries, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Business Development:Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content, promotional campaigns, and events.
Stay informed about tattoo industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Identify opportunities for business growth and propose innovative ideas to enhance the shop's success.
- Financial Management:Prepare and manage the shop's budget, including sales forecasting, expense tracking, and profit analysis.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies.
Optimize revenue generation by recommending appropriate pricing structures and services.
Manage cash handling procedures and oversee inventory procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the tattoo or creative industry.
- Strong knowledge of tattooing techniques, styles, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in using tattoo-related software and tools.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the tattoo industry.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Business acumen and ability to contribute to the shop's growth.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
