JOB TITLE: Global Assistant Brand Manager - POND'S

LOCATION: Singapore

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support Global Brand Manager in exploring key opportunities and consumer insights for cluster/global innovations/renovations and initiating projects for Core and future core portfolio (60-70%)
- Support Digital Manager on Digital Priorities (30-40%)
- Lead the development of upcoming eCommerce innovations from conceptualization to in-market deployment
- Lead weekly alignment meetings with cross functional project teams (i.e. Supply chain, finance, R&D) in order to deliver the projects on-time, in-full
- Assist GBM in the work as the docking lead for SEA markets, proactively support with analysis of business performance and market insights, as well as input into the brand’s strategy and business analytics.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of local markets, consumers, and shoppers - the business environment in which the brands compete including category segments, channels and target consumers.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of market research plans to prepare and validate the projects.
- Work with advertising and PR agencies to brief, design and deliver specific elements of projects and marketing campaigns
- Work with key stakeholders in key countries to monitor in-market execution against agreed KPIs

- Agencies (Creative, Digital, Instore, Design etc.)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 2-4 years relevant marketing or brand management experience
- A Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
- A passion for Brand Development, particularly in the context of skin health and beauty.
- A passion for Digital Marketing and new digital innovations
- Keen consumer understanding skills, with an exceptional eye for beauty
- A keen understanding of digital, social marketing and/or E-commerce, and what it takes to win in these key channels.
- Solid project management skills for on-time-in-full delivery.
- Positive, assertive yet empathetic leadership, with exceptional soft skills to enable delivery through high degrees of collaboration and partnership.
