3. Nurture & educate students based on the requirements set by MOE Japan.

4. Provide guidance to teachers and students to achieve their goals academically or vocationally.

5. Overseen all activities in school to ensure safety & effectiveness of programs

6. Ensure understanding between parents and teachers are well manage through quality communicative skills.

7. Collaborate with board of committee to ensure smooth management of the organization.

**Requirements**:
1. Teaching licences issued by MOE Japan or equivalent.

2. Bachelor degree or equivalent

3. Adequate experiences in School Management.
