Our international team is looking for Inventory Analysts to join our team due to continuous project growth. Currently we are looking for team members in Netherlands, US and Singapore to support our Big Tech client.

**Role Objective**:
Guarantee inventory accuracy for the assigned region, ensuring equipment flow by proper inbound and outbound shipment quantities, overseeing the life cycle of a product, order updates, packaging & labeling.

The schedule for the team in Singapore is Monday-Friday, standard business hours, fully remote as for now but is expected to become hybrid later (3 days at the office).

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Ensures stocks are secure, properly identified and readily accessible by authorized personnel
- Keep track of different types of inventories (e.g. damage materials, spare parts, assembly items, finished goods)
- Conduct Physical Inventory Counting and Reconcile Results with Inventory Records
- Ensures inbound and outbound shipment quantities are correct
- Performs stock level analysis, and coordinates with production and requirements
- Plan and implement inventory movement optimization (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning)
- Oversee inventory procedures
- Facilitate the packaging and labeling of dangerous goods for air shipment
- Assist with equipment forecasting, local inventory management, and distribution
- Helpdesk support via ticketing system (similar to Zendesk)
- Travel within the country and the region to perform physical inventory checks

**Experience & Skills**:

- 2-5 years experience in logistics industry, inventory or warehouse management
- Experience with ERP systems
- Bachelors in Logistics, Foreign Trade or similar areas an advantage
- Technological savviness
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business
- Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently, motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for learning and creative problem solving
- Advanced English
