**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create visually appealing and intuitive websites, ensuring a seamless user experience across multiple devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements, goals, and objectives for each project.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present design concepts and obtain feedback.
- Translate design concepts into responsive HTML/CSS templates, adhering to web standards and best practices.
- Incorporate branding elements, typography, color schemes, and other visual components into website designs.
- Optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading times, clean code, and efficient file sizes.
- Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance user experience and achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and provide guidance throughout the development process.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to make data-driven design decisions and continuously improve website usability.
- Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across various digital platforms.
- Assist with website updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications:

- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or diploma in web design, graphic design, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in web design or a similar role is highly desirable.
- CMS Experience: Strong knowledge of web development frameworks and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
- Proficient Design Skills: Familiarity and hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Creative Portfolio: A compelling portfolio that showcases your web design projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and attention to detail.
- UI/UX Expertise: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first design concepts. Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies is advantageous.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas, provide constructive feedback, and work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify design challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure pixel-perfect designs and maintain high standards of quality.
