About CSA
The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) is the national agency overseeing cybersecurity strategy, operation, education, outreach, and ecosystem development. It is part of the Prime Minister’s Office and managed by the Ministry of Communications and Information.

**What you will be working on**
- Responsibilities
You will be part of a dynamic team to shape and develop a vibrant and growing cybersecurity ecosystem in Singapore. Your mission will be to strengthen Singapore’s cybersecurity capabilities through formulating strategies as well as the planning of new initiatives, to chart the direction and shape the development of a sustainable ecosystem.
In this role, you will:

- Drive industry development initiatives that will grow the cybersecurity industry, and contribute to a vibrant and sustainable ecosystem
- Facilitate inter-ministry and inter-government coordination and collaboration on cybersecurity industry development
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for alignment of strategies and initiatives
- Build strong relationships with key industry partner to drive successful implementation of plans and programmes
- Develop the narratives and communications of the division’s initiatives and programmes
- Provide secretariat support to relevant committees and workgroups

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements
- Qualification(s) in Business, Economics, Communication or Computer Science
- More than 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in business development, strategic marketing, enterprise development or public policy
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to distil and summarise complex issues to propose potential solutions
- Highly adaptable, able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and presentation skill, and enjoys writing
