We are looking for **friendly, mature and hardworking individuals **with excellent customer service skills to assist a doctor and patients in a chiropractic clinic. This is a **full-time position **and requires weekend ( **Saturday only **) availibility.

**Your duties include**:
Providing excellent customer service that goes beyond your call of duty.

Answering phone calls & schedule patients’ appointments

Managing patient flow and multi-tasking

Following up with patients

Assist the doctors in the day to day operation.

Keeping the office clean & presentable at all times.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills required:
Good interpersonal skills

Speak fluent English, Mandarin would be a great advantage (To liaise with Mandarin speaking patients)

Strong ability to multi-task

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

Work Location: One location in Newton
