**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager, Growth to drive and execute strategic marketing campaigns, manage partnerships, and oversee content creation across key platforms. This role will play a pivotal part in expanding AutoWealth's brand presence and driving customer acquisition and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Campaign Planning & Execution:

- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum performance and ROI.

Content Strategy & Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the design team to plan and deliver growth-focused content.
- Oversee content creation for various platforms including blogs, social media, and newsletters.

Video Creation & Management:

- Manage video content strategy for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with team members to produce simple, yet engaging video content.
- Performance Marketing:

- Execute and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights.

Partnership Management:

- Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and strategic partners.
- Coordinate and align partnerships with overall growth objectives.

Reporting & Strategy:

- Provide regular updates and performance reports on ongoing campaigns.
- Suggest innovative strategies and follow-up actions to enhance campaign effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2-4 Years experience in marketing-related roles.
- Experience with Canva / Adobe Illustrator / Figma / design related tools
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing trends.
- Creative mindset.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent initiative & communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with foundational knowledge on marketing analytics.
