**Responsibilities**
- To perform daily showroom sales of tire / wheel and other categories in service counter.
- To achieve sales goal through the efficient execution of company policies.
- To perform servicing and maintenance job, including engine component checks, lubricant servicing, battery condition checks, tire pressure checks.
- Identify and rectify mechanical defects of vehicles.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair works using diagnostics equipment.
- To maintain necessary levels of inventory stock in the Tire / Wheel department.
- To maintain workshop equipment and tools in good condition
- Interact with customers to obtain information about the problems they are experiencing with their vehicles
- To attend customer’s queries & requests on vehicle related issues.

**Requirements**:

- Seondary level / NTC / NITEC in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering**, **or its equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years working experience dealing with different type of vehicle servicing & maintenance
- Able to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical defects of vehicles
- Previous working experience in automotive showroom service counter an added advantage
- Good customer service & sales oriented
- Physically fit as the job is hands-on & physically demanding
- Good safety record

Work week : Around 4.5-days work week based on Shift Rotation
