[What you will be working on]

As a key member of the Policy and Strategy Department under the Grants Division, you will be involved in the following:

- Policy and Strategy Development of grantmaking and governance frameworks, policies and guidelines.
- Research and Analysis to support policy/strategy development and to help identify white spaces for TB to go into.
- Knowledge and Insights Dissemination for capability building and generating greater mindshare of the positive impact from TB’s grants.
- Development and coordination of division-wide strategic planning and corporate-related matters.

[What we are looking for]

**Requirements**:

- Trained in a relevant discipline, with at least 3-8 years of experience in policy, strategy, governance and/or research
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Good stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Strong in research and data analysis
- Good organisational, planning and execution abilities
- Meticulous
- Self-motivated, proactive and with a growth mindset
- Good team player who is able to work independently
