**Responsibilities**:

- Review project specification, technical clarifications and construction drawings
- Coordinate, prepare and update architectural, metal roof, structural 3D BIM.
- Supervise to ensure good quality of work and compliance with safety regulations
- Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, sub-con on technical matters
- Ensure all submission of drawings, materials and mock up for early approval
- Evaluate and resolve discrepancies / problems at site.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Head of Department

**Requirements**:

- Degree in architectural/structure/civil or building services engineering.
- At least 3 years of working experience in construction industry as Architectural Coordinator
- Knowledge of local government safety requirements, rules and regulations.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
