Thales today employs over 2,100 people in Singapore across all its business areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage technical topics in a Production Environment.
- Contributes to the capitalization and the experience feedback from the production line
- Contributes to the development of skills and competencies and associated training sessions within Manufacturing Engineering function
- Ensure the products manufactured are compliant with the Configuration, Process and Quality requirements
- Identify the root cause of all quality/process issues by performing 8D analysis and maintaining all failure analysis databases
- Perform analysis on First Pass Yield and Customer Returns to continuously improve product performance
- Participate in Customer and Regulatory Audits
- Interface with Design Authority in France on Product Evolutions or technical issues
- Prepare and present reports on product performance to Management on a regular basis
- Managing FAI planning, prepare FAI report for internal and review supplier FAI
- Managing Engineering Change Order(ECO) activities

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Experienced working in a similar role, especially in Aerospace industry will be advantageous
- Strong Mechanical/Electrical knowledge and analytical skills
- May be required to be travel overseas if there's a need

**Other information**:

- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Company shuttle bus is provided at designated MRT stations
- 9 Months Contract
