**Programme Executive**

**Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships with clients, caregivers, volunteers and the community
- Facilitating cognitive activities for the dementia participants
- Handling and managing the participants with the duty of care, exhibit the spirit of team player to ensure that cohesive work relationships for the best interest for our participants
- Ensuring the safety and quality aspects of care delivery
- Assisting in sourcing and creation of cognitive activities to improve and refresh resources/activities used
- Performing general operations and administration necessary for the daily operation at the centre
- Assisting in volunteer management and conduct orientation program
- Performing any ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in geriatric services and program execution for dementia clients
- Relevant education in mental health, social work or related field study in gerontology
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate with clients who are English and Mandarin speaking
- A team player who is able to work cohesively with the department and an individual who have a passion and desire to work with the dementia clients
- Able to attend and participate in regular devotions in church
