**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Project Manager.
- Key member of the IT team.
- Customer service, Helpdesk/ IT Support, Vendor management, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance, Documentations and Reporting.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of IT helpdesk support (Level 1-3) & experiences working with external IT vendors is a must.
- Develop and maintain Service Desk metrics and reports.
- Responsible for Call logging, Call Assignment, Incident Management & Coordination, Call Tracking and follow-up till closure within agreed SLA.
- Work with management in creating user guides and standard operating protocols (SOPs).
- Provide technical support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
- Managing IT vendors, service providers, contracts to ensure contractual obligations and service deliveries are met.

and Emerging technologies is a plus.
- Experience in programming languages: Python, Powershell, or Linux will be an added advantage.
