**Roles & Responsibilities**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Receive shipment booking instructions from Customer Services team and review booking information.
- Open file in transport management system and key in all the relevant informtion. Review and key in costs and selling rates.
- Work with overseas office / agents to ensure document completeness and accuracy. Follow up on shipment tracking and milestone updates until delivery.
- Escalate when there are delays.
- Obtain Proof of Delivery documentation and update clients.
- Review vendor invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Review any additional costs to the shipment and inform commercial team.

Good understanding of import and export procedures for air / ocean freight.

CV should demonstrate stability in previous positions.

Frequent job hopping with no good reason will not be accepted.
