**What you will be working on**
- To manage the redevelopment project for National Museum of Singapore (NMS) including project management, permanent and special exhibitions, budget management, administration, and procurement etc. - To manage partnerships with local and international institutions and individuals for loans, donation and content. - To plan and oversee project schedules of redevelopment project, permanent and special exhibitions, including fabrication, installation, de-installation, scheduling, space planning, artefact movement tracking, art-handling supervision, logistics and conservation arrangements, and ensure timely completion of these projects. - To coordinate and supervise fabrication, installation and de-installation of redevelopment project, permanent and special exhibitions, including liaison with internal and external parties, sub-contractors and allocation of manpower. - To attend to customs / CITES / Arms & Explosives requirements and inspections, as well as couriering of loan shipments when required.

**What we are looking for**
- Preferably at least 3 years of related experience in Project or Construction Management; those with PMP certification and experience in museum projects will be advantageous - Possess strong analytical, written and oral communication skills - Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends or public holidays when required - Able to plan and manage projects and have a strong sense of accountability and sense of urgency - Dynamic, self-motivated, able to work independently and a team player - Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - Proactive, meticulous and resourceful - Competency in office administrative functions, government records management and procurement procedures will be advantageous All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
