**Job Description & Requirements**:

- We are seeking a Finance & HR assistant to our Finance & HR team.
- This position reports to the Finance & Human Resource Manager and Country Head of the organization.
- This role ensures that the organization's finance function is well organized as well as producing timely and accurate financial statements and management accounts, thus achieving compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
1. Preparation and closing of monthly accounts includes but not limited to reviewing of standard and/or recurring entries, bank reconciliations and preparing of balance sheet schedules, detailed accounts analysis and financial statements.

2. Liaise with external parties (including, but not limited to auditors, tax agent, secretary, etc.) and manage the process to ensure adherence and timely submission of the accounts/ returns.

3. Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal.

4. Prepares payment sheets by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

5. Account receivable - prepare invoice, statement of accounts and send payment reminder to client.

6. Provide support and data request for budget and forecasting activities.

7. Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

8. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.

9. Process employee’s payroll according to MOM regulations.

**Competencies**:
1. Trainee would be able to prepare accounts according to (International Financial Reporting Standard) IFRS and able to prepare full set of accounts.

2. Trainee would have the skill to communicate with external parties to obtain the documents and details.

3. Trainee would be able to understand IRAS & ACRA requirement and procedure for tax and account filing.

4. Trainee would be able to ensure the completeness of the documents.

5. Trainee would be able to learn the details needed to be include in invoice, how to generate statement of account and to follow up payment with client.

6. Trainee would understand the whole hiring process.

7. Trainee would understand our company HR policy on how to maintain employee records

8. Trainee would be able to understand MOM regulation. Eg: Payroll calculation. Gained experience in our HR software

9. Trainee would be able to analyse the past financial data and provide forecasting data.

Training will be provided. Low transaction volumn and can learn full set of accounts

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per month
