**Responsibilities**
- Lead live streaming project planning sessions, coordinating staff and internal resources
- Responsible for the overall progress of live streaming projects, fully participate in and lead the project management work such as starting, planning, progress tracking and execution, delivery and closing.
- Responsible for the operation and management of the company's live streaming account and improving the active users, engagement and conversions during live streaming.
- Design and optimize the project management process and mechanism of live streaming projects, organize and drive efficient iterations of the requirements management through agile or waterfall and improve live streaming project effectiveness through data analysis ability.
- Optimize the key results, like traffic, conversion, customer journey from live streaming to user acquisition, ROI etc.
- By analyzing and doing research with successful cases of industry brands, summarizing strategies and optimizing reasonable and effective response plans
- Analyze users’ pain points, understand customers’ needs, plan online platform activities regularly, enhance brand influence and realize content monetization through live streaming
- Team management

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- 3+ years of professional experience, preferably related to Live streaming, and be able to participate in in-depth discussions of projects.
- Result-driven, strong execution
- Good cross-functional team leadership and communication skills
- Experience in live broadcasts, excellent verbal / non-verbal skills. Strong improvisational skills and excellent knowledge of social media platforms. Able to cope fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and leadership, able to lead project team discussions and guide participants to reach an effective consensus.
