Administrator II (Program)

**Responsibilities**:
To manage projects assigned, which inclusive of:

- Bridging between customers and plant expectations
- Understanding of data package released by the customer
- Review of build schedule and delivery
- Work closely with Project SCP to ensure full kit of material is available
- Change management such as engineering changes or SRD from customer
- Submission of quotes prior to the build
- Work on E&O clearance with customer after the build
- Control of material purchase due to small lot size for NPI builds
- Appropriate purchasing parameters setup to ensure no overbuy of excess material due to high MOQ/SPQ
- To uphold the rest of Plant metrics such as OTD to promise date, AR etc.
- Any other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Degree / Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry or in related field is preferred
- Preferably with Planning experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
