Safely transport company personnel and goods to various locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Ensure the security of the vehicle and its contents during transport.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods as required.
- If the need for chauffeuring arises, the employee is to be made readily available to be called upon.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle, and upkeep of the assigned vehicle, ensuring it is fueled, and mechanically sound.
- Planning of travel routes, taking into consideration traffic conditions and alternatives for travelling.
- Coordinate with repair service providers to address any necessary repairs or maintenance for the company vehicle.
- Willingness to work on irregular hours, and occasional late evenings and early mornings.
- Fulfilling any daily family tasks as instructed by the employer.
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Possession of a valid Class 3 driver's license along with a commendable driving history.
- Demonstrated expertise as a professional chauffeur, requiring a minimum of one year's experience.
- Proficiency in local traffic regulations, thorough knowledge of routes, and adeptness in identifying alternative pathways for efficient navigation.
- Able to use GPS for navigation
- Capability to maintain utmost confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling confidential matters.
- Proficiency in organizational skills, with the flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and priorities.
- Medically fit and able to meet the physical demands of the role.
- Computer literate
- know how to use a computer
- Able to commit five days work week
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays and overtime if necessary
- Total of 2-3 months of rest day (paid) is granted when employer is back to overseas home country in a year
