About the role

Reporting to Head of Data Services & Architecture.
- Assist and support Head of Data Services in day-to-day data collection and validation activities and deliverables.
- Update manager of progress on daily basis and complete handover to London time zone.
- Assist with data management and data quality, including compiling data for presentations.
- Help with the day-to-day monitoring and validation of data services in Asia Pacific (APAC) hours.
- Work with the Research team in compiling and presenting data to key clients and internal stakeholders in APAC hours.
- Work with the wider IT team to manage and maintain document libraries, avoiding duplication and data sprawl.
- Responsible for maintaining your End of Day report.
- Ensure full awareness of and adhere to internal policies that relate to the role or any relevant other activities.
- Support a risk and compliance aware culture and comply with FIS company policies.
- Exercise judgement and act with integrity, due care, skill and diligence and be open and co-operative with the FCA, other regulators and exchanges.

- Observe standards of market conduct and ensure understanding and adherence to all regulatory, exchange or clearing house requirements applicable to role.
- Complete any mandatory training required by the company and required deadlines.
